1:1 Nutrition Counseling

It's hard to change your eating patterns - I get it! That's why I'm here to help you say "YES!" to a healthier you in a positive, fun, and sustainable approach.  Truth is, there's no one "diet" that works for everyone. So when it comes to living a healthier life, what does work?  Understanding the biological underpinnings for how different types of food interact with your body, listening in to your hunger and fullness cues, choosing whole foods more often (I'll show you how!), and discovering your Satisfaction Factor - whether that's from a kale salad, warm pasta, a juicy apple, or the richest dark chocolate brownie you can find (yep, I mean it - all foods can fit!).

In 1:1 Nutrition Counseling, I'll help you discover the foods, the skills, and the behavior changes to help you reach your goals!

First, begin with an Initial Consultation. Then, carry out your nutrition goals with a 1:1 Nutrition Counseling Package Program. 

STEP ONE: YOUR Initial consultation

In your initial consultation, we'll assess your current health and nutrition status by discussing your medical history, diet history, physical activity habits, eating behaviors, and usual food patterns and preferences.  With this information, I'll share essential nutrition information, helpful tips and recipes, and plenty of healthy strategies. Then, together, we create a comprehensive action plan based upon your unique health and nutrition goals to set you up for nutrition success.

Initial appointments occur at the YES! Nutrition office inside Innergy Fitness in Coldwater, Ohio. For those not in the area, video-conferencing through a secure platform is available.

STEP TWO: Your Package Program

Package programs feature follow-up appointments, weekly check-ins, and access to secure smartphone application where you can keep a photo-based food log can help keep you on track, monitor your progress, and set new goals.  You’ll receive encouragement, healthy ideas, and answers to all of your questions along the way.

6 Month Transformation | $599

  • Four 60-minute follow-up appointments to assess your progress and set new goals (*one follow-up appointment can be exchanged with a 60-minute grocery store tour to help you identify healthier options on the store shelves!)
  • Daily access to a secure smartphone app where you submit photos of the foods you eat and I provide healthy tips and simple swaps
  • Worksheets including The Foundations of Optimal Health, Nutrient Pairings Plan, Dining Out Tips, and a Meal Planner Log

3 Month Advancement | $299.
