DIY Nutrition CLass: Salad-in-A-Jar

Date: Thursday, November 16 at 5:30-6:30pm OR 6:30-7:30pm.

Location: Innergy Fitness, Coldwater, Ohio

Finding the time (and recipes!) to meal plan can be tough! But, learning how to make salad-in-a-jar makes meal prep easy and makes enjoying healthy lunches a reality.  In this one hour demonstration, you will learn how to build delicious salad-in-a-jar so that your ingredients stay crisp (not soggy!). You will get the recipes to make FOUR totally unique and delicious salads. Then, with the ingredients on hand, you will have the opportunity to take home four salads of your own. 

$35/person. You must register in order to attend.

SPORTS NUTRITION WORKSHOP

Date: Wednesday, December 6 from 6:30-7:30pm

Location: Innergy Fitness, Coldwater, Ohio

Nutrition matters when it comes to performing well in your sport!  In this workshop, athletes learn the importance of quality nutrition and hydration before, during, and after practice and competition for optimal performance.  At the end of the workshop, athletes will know which foods to eat to maximize athletic potential, answers to key issues surrounding sports and nutrition (like supplementation, hydration, nutrition during injuries, and protein needs), and healthy meal and snack ideas for the on and off-season!

$15/athlete. Parents welcome to attend with the athlete at no charge.
